Hello everyone!  We have made it safe and sound to New Orleans.  We had great drive up to Portland with a short stop at Camp Lutherwood to pick up a participant and to have dinner.  Our plane was late leaving Portland, and we barely made our connecting flight to N.O.  aAfter arriving, we dropped our bags off at the hotel while our rooms were being readied.  We walked down to Mothers restaraunt and had a wonderful breakfast. Mmmmmm, shrimp Creole omelettes!  After that most everyone went swimming or rested in their rooms.  Some of us walked down to the grocery store to get food for breakfast in our rooms.  Tonight we are going to go down to Preservation Hall to listen to some jaz music.  Tomorrow we go on a swamp tour!
